Additional Information

• Departure services of bath, groom or nail trim are available for an additional fee
• Playtime of 15 minutes of one-on-one time with a kennel technician in our expansive play yards is available for $10 per playtime/per animal
• All animals sharing a run, suite, or apartment must reside in the same household
• Reservations for holidays require a deposit equal to one night's stay and is refundable if canceled 72 hours prior to day of arrivals

• On the day of departure, all animals must be picked up by 1:00 pm to avoid an additional night charge unless they are receiving a departure services
• Sunday departures incur an additional fee equal to one night's stay
